London Sports Council is also the parent organization for Accessible Sports London. It is the mission of Accessible Sports London to promote and facilitate accessible sport opportunities in London and the surrounding area. The organization goals include promoting existing accessible sport and physical activity opportunities, increasing communication among various accessible sport and physical activity groups, and advocate for the development of accessible sport and physical activity programs and facilities.
London and Middlesex offer a wide variety of sport and recreational programs as well as financial assistance for people with disabilities. From sport clubs to therapeutic riding, the LSC and ASC continue to work towards providing people with disabilities equal opportunities within our community.
